I make the tea with dried sage about 1 teasp. per cup of water. And I just take a fresh sage leaf anytime during the day and just rub it on my teeth for a bit. The leaf kind of disintegrates...I have not experimented for very long but I will post if there is any adverse reaction. Make sure you keep flossing and maybe use some sole water to brush- just a short clean up to get food residues out which the sage doesn't do. Sole is himalaya salt disolved in water. Use the large stones in good quality water - when the solution is saturated the stones stop dissolving and remain at the bottom of the jar. If you see them disappear it's time for new stones to be added.
