You look so healthy and beautiful. Don't panic---this is exactly like the Atkins experience you had. After a while, the body plateaus, and even though you're doing the same thing your weight stays the same.

This period will end, I promise. You are TOTALLY allowed to taste your husband's dinner!

I'm so glad you're cleansing. I've realized that any extra weight I've ever carried has been because of toxins I was carrying. It's such a relief to clean your insides. Whenever I clean out, I feel like I haven't felt since I was a kid.

Firstly though, give yourself a HUGE pat on the back, and find out a healthy way for yourself to eat when you go off the cleanse. You've already come SO far!!
