I'm glad that Lugol's iodine is helping you but it is not completely safe. Large amounts are extremely toxic, especially to children. I tried Lugol's for fibrocystic breasts (hypothryroid) and it suppressed my thyroid further and my hair started falling out. Great stuff for many but best to keep it way out of reach of children and start up slowly.
