Most agencies sole purpose is to exist, and at the citizens time and expense... Their reason is not so much to serve the people but to serve themselves... Better stop: are else I will have a lot "people mad at me again.." I don't wnat to bring and scorn or grief down on you... Just kidding... I think!!
