Wow. I haven't looked on this site for a while and found this blog. I am soooo inspired. I have water fasted. The longest I went was 17 days about 3 years ago. I keep trying to start another one but I never quite get past the approximately 1-2 week mark before I nibble on something. I have a new Monday to Friday job and I thought now it would be too hard to fast, but I think juice fasting may be the answer and I am sooooo inspired by what you have done. Bravo!! My question is: did you only use organic ingredients for your juices? I think there is a juicing place in the neighborhood of my new job, but I don't know if they are organic, and I'm not sure I'd even trust it if they say they are anyway. I cannot wait to read your tell-all entry!!!
