Thank you so much, Midge! Lets see. I went down 4 dress sizes from 16 to 12. I started at 177.8lbs, and I am now at 151.8lbs. I haven't experienced sagging skin. In fact, its firming up fairly well. I agree that cheese in moderation is the way to go. Once it is gone, it is gone.

Glad you also saw the humor in the picture. I am glad God gave me a sense of humor or I would be in serious trouble.
