Hello,

I am going for thirty to forty days. Kinda letting my body tell me when to come off the fast. I had previously done a forty day fast, took two weeks off and then started this fast.

So if I do forty days, it will have been an eighty day fast with a two week break in the middle.

No teeth pain. I rinse my mouth with water after every drink.

No enemas. I take psyllium every morning to ensure a daily bowel movement. You can also do a daily salt water flush.
