I'm so sorry that you're going thru so much pain. Thru your juice fast you will go thru many more ups and downs. I'm on day 14 and am feeling much better than when I started.

I hope your journey is a wonderful learning experience and not all pain. I'm here for ya and so it many others, so don't feel so alone.
