Hi LivingWater, hope you're well and happy! I HAD some powder with protein and decided to get some withOUT it. . . you figure the protein has to be digested more? That's what i'd thought.
I FINALLY figured out why no apparent weight loss, will put it in my blog. Thanks for replying.
