Made me laugh a couple times in this one.... your first "cooking show". Now I officially know how to prepare salt water. Thanks! Actually I just may try a SWF this weekend when I am away from work. I have tried the SWF on past Master Cleansers that I have done. However, it's not a pleasant thing to do when I have meetings to sit through at work. If ya know what I mean. ; )

So, are you working while doing your water fast?

I am on day 5 of 10 days of the Master Cleanser and feeling great. I love the feeling of peace. I realized that kicked in when I was driving on the busy LA freeway in rush hour traffic and a very angry driver pulled in front of me. Instead of getting upset.... I thought to myself.. "That guy must have a lot of toxins built up. He should do a fast to get rid of some of the negativity".
