When I found out I had the fibroid, I stopped drinking soy milk. I'm not sure if it's made a difference. In fact, I don't think it really has. I think the issues with so are the gmo crap that comes from the huge pesticide commercial farms, faux meats,etc. I've never been a big soyfood eater except for a little tofu here and there.
