Yeah, I gained weight, but it was after almost 2 years that I gained weight.

Doing a fast, even a 40 day, doesn't magically make you chose a better diet. I knew my diet was getting bad, but I ignored my body.

If I had kept my diet clean there would be no reason to fast again!
