I am so happy for you. You've come a long way already and you should be proud of yourself. Isn't it crazy how we can just wake up one day and get slammed with what we see in the mirror... Some of us dive deeper, and others take on dramatic measures to re-establish order! well, guess what category you're in :) I'm on day 13 of my 2nd long fast (see my blog) and I will be checking up on you once in a while!!
