The power of a buscuit...holy crap. I've fallen hard over little things like that. Our sense of smell is hardwired right into our brain like our eyes. Just dust yourself off and keep going. That extra 1# is probably water weight and poop anyway :D Jamba Juice isn't bad. I had one the other day, a low calorie one with some energy stuff added.
