It's really great to meet you! I hope you had a great day today; I'm kinda dragging this evening again. Do try the Magnesium Citrate and see how you do. Have you ever taken spirulina and chlorella? Mine will be here tomorrow and it's a good thing because I need the protein. Again today I had mostly water, only 3 drinks of juice. I'm really juiced out but I'm so in the zone right now! I've been collecting raw food recipes and am excited to start eating raw but I'm not nearly done fasting yet. This is day 4 for you right? I hope all is going well still with this fast.
