What I noticed in the three days I did the experiment was: A slight bowell movement and - about 15 minutes later - a marked increase in body temperature. The supplement was GABA. I also noticed some relaxation, but not as noticeable as when I use the supplement directly. There may be something here (as crazy as it sounds...) I will continue to test.
