For me I didn't make much progress until I got aggressive with dental. I would go to a biological dds and not a university. Better yet google the Hal Huggins group and ask them for a biological dds in your area.
To find a jaw infection you need a pano, cavitat and eav. If the eav is clear wait a week and get another.
