What do you mean by "possible results without concerns of reactions."?

I agree that you can go too fast into it, especially if you are taking medication or isolated nutritional supplements. But there are people who are desperate for a cure, and for them, it is usually recommended that they fast completely on urine and water, thereby, reaping the compounding benefits of the both treatments.
