It is a real shame that most people are lookers and followers only....  The governments continue to do follow what ever way the political winds blow.... A sad state of affairs indeed....   I have studied this phenomena for years and do not see much changing, unless there is a revolution or major world war and then only the winners will dictate new policies usually based on their interest(s)......  Thanks for you putting the truth out, maybe someone will pay attention and begin to do something.... Defiantly something to think about....
