When I ask what is the fast for, It is because most people go off half cocked as we say down south...  I understand Master Clean; and your desire to regain your normal body functions....   But there are fast and there are fast, if you understand....  Some are for religious purpose which I have done at times...  Others are for so called weight control,{these usually do not work} and some are for general health purposes...  Which is what I hope you are doing....  

 The only guidance is be careful that you follow and maintain good control of your diet....   Fact the body can do with out food / substance for maybe 30 days, {depending on the age, physical condition, and sex of the individule....} but can not do with out fluids for more than a couple of days at most....    So I say again keep tabs on your diet, {Natural and raw is the best} and remember; it is the end result you seek, not another emergency health delimia....  

You are quite right in that if you can repeat something for at least 60 Days you can set a different life pattern...  That is why the military sends people to Boot Camps, this way they learn the desired methods, and it becomes more of a hibet...  Let hope that you have your diet under control, so that you will not just emerge from a full fast and go back to previous eating habits...  It would be better for you to get you diet corrected and work your self onto it so that in a couple of months you will have a healthy food habit....
