Blessed Herbs did a fantastic job! Infact, I've probably done about 30 colemenas at home along with it and there is nothing inside me now. Many people are doing the master cleanse and are talking about getting out many strange things, but I already got mine out using colenemas and BH. Many of those people are constipated after the master cleanse and I won't be. Before that I did p&b shakes for two years. Many people say they are great, but they didn't work for me. Infact, my health only got worse while I was taking them even though I was on a strict diet.

I don't think you're going to regret buying BH! = ) I have my health to thank for five things that I've done since I joined curezone just over a year ago. The two mentioned above are on the list = ) I also only put the best of everything I've tried in my BLOG.

Sun Chlorella A is a bit expensive too(you can save a lot by buying bulk through and independent seller on Amazon). But if you decide to take Primal Defense Acidophillus(the best probiotic pill out there), it's also expensive and Sun Chlorella A does everything Primal Defense can, and a whole lot more. It's an algae superfood and literally awesome. I would suggest to anyone, healthy or not, to try one package and see for themselves. It's the fountain of youth, or the closest we may ever get to it.
