With you, Woodlawn!

Golly, how can experiences so far apart across the world be so much the same?

You sound as though you are coping magnificently...congratulations!

One lady (who once might have given up) has a philosophy - be happy today. It's kind of "enjoy this moment", you know? She thrives.

And, enfold yourself when going to sleep. You will awaken if you are needed. Trust that. Just go deeper and deeper down a gentle forested path. Any distracting thoughts, put them in a basket on your hip, just for now. Notice your surroundings with every sense...the light on the leaves, and the colors...the babble of a stream...the scent of fresh growing things...soft grasses waving in the breeze. They are always there, waiting when you close your eyes, even for a moment.

How does a person do something they have never done before? They just do it...with no expectations other than their original intention...to do their best. Let that be enough...I do my best. That's wonderous plenty!

That's how we all live, how we are happy...we do the best we can right now, and we are content with that.

With you,
fledgling
