...to breath. for a while i was practicing pranayana and getting so much out of it, then life happened and well you know. but its all still there. really its just being aware of your breath and breathing consciuosly until you can breath properly without thinking about it.

sitting at my computer i tend to slouch and breath shallow, from now on i will sit up straight, breath from deep down and then being on the computer will itself be a meditation!! that is great!!
