could give a damn about enzymes. I eat cacao for the benefits and not for the taste. It's not Hershey's chocolate to be sure. It's raw chocolate without the junk. My grandmother brings up cocoa from her country and it's way different than Swiss Miss. Another thing about enzymes, I don't think many raw foodists care. I think most of the people are into the weight loss and good looks.
