Wow your doing great!!! I've been following along for the past week or so and its really nice to see how amazing you are doing. I think I might just have to start my own blog. I've been trying to eat as healthy as possible lately but havent been really successful (I lost my job a little while ago and have been eating grocerys I already had). I no what you mean about the negative talk in your head ... its not that I would say I'm depressed but I use my weight to keep me from getting on with my life or be more successful. I just went back to school and since I finished I have been in the process of starting my own business but put things off more then I really should. Time for a change and get things going!!!! good luck to you and keep up the good work.
