thanks again, I'm going to look at the website, and I'll take your advice about NO substitites. I am drinking plenty of water, I LOVE water, We get distilled dilivered to our home, but for the fast I bought some gallons so I could keep track. I've gotten really attached to the "blogging". It's really helping me, I'm going to tell others, I'm a Pastor so I know a lot of people that fast, mostly not the correct way. I think this site will help, because they could do it in the privacy of their homes and not feel shame or like someone is judging them, unlike me I've always been the "health nut" so I'm use to people telling me,10,14 or 21 days is tooooooooo long. So when they give me compliments most of the time it's attached to but I can't eat like you, I have to have my sugar, pop, etc. But I really think people are changing, I'm really seeing that. Dazzle keep up the good work, I pray ALL the kindness and ministering, YES ministering you do to others will come back to you in a really big way. Long Life. But God. Oh yea My Husband is talking about juice fasting with me.
