you may or may not be able to answer this or maybe the sleep guru of a husband can help. i have rather an embarrassing problem with snoring. i was really hoping that i would stop while on the fast -but apparently not so. i thought it may have been from my weight, alcohol consumption or occasional cigarette- all of these do contribute to louder snoring. my friend i mentioned who fasted last year stopped snorign completely in three days. do you have any reconmendations? im still over weight 9buy about 40 pd) so could this be it? i havenet been to see anyone about it (as was hoping fast would fix it up) but i am thinkin i may need to consult someone. any advise on this would be good. oh and by the way my mother and father are absolutley to blame - they have a whole brass ensemble going in their bedroom! in fact if me my mum adn dad and my four brothers got together - well lets just say there would be a lot of logs been chopped!
