This is absolutely fantastic information, Finally Faith. I love honey. I use it (before the Agave Nectar) in so much of what I eat/drink and externally as a beauty product for my skin and hair and for minor wounds.

You hit upon an excellent topic. I think everyone adores honey and uses it in some fashion, internally and externally.
