Yes, I have said as much over and over in my blog and on the forums, research, educate yourself, prepare, plan plan plan... It's vital one knows what they're doing. But, you're right people do not have a clue.

I'm embarking on a 60 dayer very soon... Three 30 day fasts and umteen two week fasts are preparation enough for me to expand my experience a bit in a more sustained fast.  I want to take it further... push the detox because I know there's so much more just laying in wait for the right trigger...

You are amazing and a grand inspiration.  I am praying for you to win your 10K marathon.  I really really want you to win.  To win after fasting like this will put juice fasting on the map for so many many people.  I'll be watching...
