I am indeed in lurker mode, for the majority of my time at least. I come out of hiding and post in spates it seems, before vanishing once again… Besides, the wonders of the outside world are far too numerous to spend all one’s time online!

What you say about the liver is rather profound, as nutrients of any kind will surely be hindered, if not completely ignored, by a liver falling short of full function. I, too, have taken a fair amount of herbs of late, and have been left disappointed by the results. Perhaps we need to concentrate on eating and flushing for some time prior to attacking with more fasting and herbs!
