I do have a before and I will have an after, just not yet. I will post both when done. I am going to continue until day 108 and then I shall be done.

I have not healed up the musculo-skeletal problems that I have, but I have so much more energy than I ever had before I started. I feel stronger, more awake, more in tune with my surroundings and environment. I feel my connection with God has increased a hundredfold. All and all, life has just gotten merrier.

Now if I could get the world around me to catch up, life would be perfect,lol.

I think I really need to concentrate on liver cleanses when I am done and to also unblock energy blockages I have from my wreck. I have a number of fused spots in my spine and I know that is why the energy isn't flowing through them quite like it should be and that can be a big part of my problem. Kinda like a kink in your garden hose. You get some water through, but not as much as when your unkinked.
