Well, I don't know anyone here as I just found this site yesterday but I thought I would say Hi.

I started my 40 day fast yesterday!

I had so many mini achievements yesterday I am very proud of myself. I am a true food addict. I wake up thinking of food, go to bed thinking of food...it's scary.

You are doing great on your journey..is it getting any easier?
