day 2!!! today! 17 y
still goin
so when i woke up i really felt the laxative working from last night. i didn’t think there was anything left to come out, but i did have a few BM’s before leaving home.
since i had errands to run, i couldn’t do the SWF in the morning. during my errands i walked a lot and it felt good. i was hungry, but thank GOD i drank one glass of lemon mixture before i left or else i think i would have fainted.

(i’m starting to type this on day 2, but i will take excerpts from my journal to tell you about day 1)
i started out late (around noon) with the SALT WATER FLUSH (SWF) since i was running around all morning. at first i thought, ”oh this isn’t too bad”, but then i kepy drining and.... it was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! i took my time to get it down. i am not working , and would not recommend working while on this cleanse. since i had time, i took my time in drinking it SWF.
