Back 2 Oil Pulling! 14 y
Starting oil pulling again after several months of not doing it.
Just started oil pulling today...after not doing in for a long time.
I feel as if I have to blow my nose constantly, but my teeth and mouth feel a lot cleaner.
My eyes feel a bit itchy and my mouth is a bit dry.

My first experience drinking wheatgrass juice.
I had a big shot of wheatgrass juice last night
I felt nauseous for nearly an hour. The taste was quite...strong.

Remind me not to take Lugol’s just before going to bed. I was up from 9am yesterday morning (EST)until 5am today. I had only 12 drops and had lots of energy. I OP’ed with ozonated sunflower oil and 2 drops of Lugol’s...which is the reason why I was able to stay up for so long. I never go to bed early. I go to sleep when my body tells me to. The mouth sores are finally going away. I OP at least 3 times a day, sometimes more. read more Updates 17 y

Been taking Iodine off and on for nearly a month.
I’ve developed mouth sores and my gums are extra sensitive.
I tried taking iodine in ozonated water, but I stopped doing that. It made me instantly tired and lethargic. I’ve since started adding 12 drops in orange juice each day.
I just started OP’ing (oil pulling) with iodine. 2 drops in sunflower oil (or ozonated olive oil). I’m not sure if it’s cold-pressed. I’ll have to write to the company and ask.

Just started taking Lugol’s Solution last night. I had no idea that it was SO strong. One drop in my ozonated sunflower oil had my tongue on fire! .
