- tomorrow, monday the 3rd of November 2008, i will start my 10 day water fast. I hope I will get a few responses that will keep me motiovated. better yet, i hop to motivate a few people to join me. I will, along with drinking 2 litres of water a day, exercise for atleat and hour 5 times a week. this will be to keep my metabolism rate up. wish me luck!!!!!
