Well, at least I have the cures at hand if I need them!!!
Yesterday, while getting the lawnmower out I twisted my foot and boy did it hurt!!!
It swelled up and I could hardly walk on it. So I limped upstairs and put up an oil with Chamomile and Lavender essential oils in.
It did the trick! I’m not saying it was cured straight away, but the bruising was limited and today its not so painful with minimal swelling!!!
Hoorah for Aromatherapy!!!

Wednesdey 20th April
Things have been really busy here recently. The orders are taking off so I now have to keep an eye on stock levels just to make sure whatever is ordered is on the shelves.
I am enjoying working from home after coming from a busy office (over 400 ) environment. My coffee breaks are now spent sitting at the kitchen table watching the birds in the garden. So far ( apart from the usual Sparrows and Starlings), I have Robins and Chaffinches who are eating me out of house & home as well as a couple of Wood Pigeons and Collared Doves.
