Didnt get a chance to post yesterday :( and was invited out to dinner last night (and kind of went for it :( and ate all the things I wasnt supposed to :( and in that have gained 2 lbs :( Am back on it today, have been invited out again this evening, but am determind to stick to water (the scales give you a real reality check, lol) Will check in again this evening. I at day 2 and have lost 1 lbs :) bringing my weight today to 11.02 (156 lbs) I cant believe that I went to a resturant yesterday, and didnt eat a thing :) which shows me that I have more will power than I thought :) (although my friends food looked delicious, and was in the low fat low carb section of the menu!!! was really impressed by that :) Am off out again this evening, so will have to put the will power to the test again im sure. Done quite well today (I think!!!) Actually went to a resturant with a friend and didnt order anything :) which was quite an acheivment for me :) Although I had a glass of dry white wine. Will see what effect it has in the morning :)   visit the page

Hi all I’ve decided to get back on to the blogging, as I have lost a lot of focus, and desparatly need to find a way of focusing my dieting energy. I am at the end of day 6, and have to admit that I had a bowl of soup today, due to the fact that I felt a little weak :( not too dissapointed about that though, as I have always held the concious decision that I am not going to make myself feel ill during this process, and that if I feel that I need to eat I will and my clothes are still feeling loose which is great :) Will update again tomorrow.   visit the page

Had another good day today, again was quite busy, so didnt really have a chance to think about food, just drunk lost of water and herbal tea. I have another early start in the morning, and another long day, so im sure food wont be a mojor issue tommorrow either (though im not going to talk too soon, lol) I am however feeling really good, and have noticed that my clothes are starting to feel quite loose :) I will update again tomorrow :)   visit the page

I am at the end of day 4, and am extremely tired, due to only hetting 4 hours sleep yesterday. But again have got through another day of the fast :)will probably start weighing in again over the course of next week, but will play it by ear (to me the most important thing is actually sticking with the fast, as eating over the christmas period made this very difficult :( Will update again tomorrow :)   visit the page

I am at the end of day 3 and have kept to the fast (I think its mainly due to the fact that the last week or so has been quite busy) but im not going to complain. Im up in about 4 hours :( so am off to bed now, but will update again tomorrow   visit the page

Again today has gone well :) I have maintained on my fast, and am feeling good about reaching the end of day 2! I have been quite busy which I feel has definitely helped, esspecially due to the fact that I usually find the first few days of any diet the hardest, but these last 2 have gone by quite quickley, which is good :) I will update again tomorrow.   visit the page

I have had a good day today, which was helped by the fact that I was really busy, which kept me on track :) and now im tired, and dont have the energy to eat, lol. Hi all Now that christmas is over, I feel ready to start my fast back again. To be honest I have let my self go over the past few days, and have really enjoyed the festive season :) but am now ready to get back on track. Day Thirty Three, and I have decided to give the fast a break for a week or 2, mainly due to the fact that I felt really unwell yesterday :( and am thinking that I may have reached my fasting limit (30 days is a long time) so think im ging to take a break until after christmas, and then resume on trying to shift this last stone and a half (providing I dont put on too much over christmas) Yesterday I had very bad heart burn, and felt very dizzy :( so consumed 1 sugar free Red Bull, a little beef and a little cheese and onion Queech (without the crust) which too be honest made me feel a lot ...   read more

Day 32, and im again feeling a little uncomfortable :( im not sure if its a psychological thing, as I have past the 30 day mark, but will probably eat a little meat today, but we will see, but on a positive note I have lost another 1 lbs, bringing my weight to 11.01 (156 lbs), which I am happy about :) (it is so far from the 12.08 I was 4 weeks ago) and I am happy that thus far (apart from feeling ill a few weeks back) it has been quite smooth sailing :) Will update again this evening. I am at the end of day 31, and have done reasonably well today, but did eat some chicken, more so for the reason that I felt very weak today :( and knew that I had a busy evening (and memories of me collapsing where a factor aswell) but once I ate the chicken I felt much better. I hope that it dosnt effect my weight tomorrow, but if it does, its just one of them things, as I would prefer to gain a pound, than feel ill, but we will see. I am at the end of day 30, and am officially at the end of my initial time line of the fast :):):) but however plan to go a little further, but am very proud of myself and am very happy that I can now for the first time in 2 years fit in to my skinny jeans, I was wearing them with pride today :) and they felt soooo... comfortable. I have finally reached day 30! and am another 1 lbs down bringing my weight to 11.03 (157 lbs) I feel quite proud of the fact that I have made it this far and cant believe that 4 weeks ago I was 12.08! I was going to treat myself to somthing nice to eat today before continuing (I will continue due to the days I lost when I was ill) but have quite an important meeting on Monday so would really like to lose a few more lbs before I go (would really like to break the 11 stone barrier) But its a little strange, as I know that if id had this meeting a month ago I would have been really self conc ...   read more
