Weight ~~ 179.8 As determined as I was yesterday morning, I found that I wasn’t able to succumb to the mental detox that would occur throughout day one of the Cleanse. By 4 o’clock, I was weak, overly sleepy, lethargic, and any other description that fits the aforementioned.
