Sorry I forgot to tell u guys why I put till vegas..lol. because april9th my hubby and i are going to vegas for the weekend and I want to do the fast while I’m in vegas and continue, but I seriously will probably not have a good time ya know? I thought about just drinking..lol and no food...lol...you know staying liquid but fun liquids? But half the fun in vegas is enjoying the foods, but I don’t want to go overboard u kno? So you all give me your input, it will sway me in either directon, depending on your feedback... ok...but nonetheless my water fasting continues. visit the page

My water fasting journey and my will to never quit I will lose 25 lbs but I will enthusiastically accept 20!

I am very happy to be sharing this with whomever wishes to read it. I hope many do, because you are my support and hearing from you will keep me going...I promise! I desire to lose from this 1st day of water fasting onward 25lbs. I know thats alot in 15 days but I know I can do it. i intend on revving up my metabolism and increasing weight loss by exercising but not to the point of fatigue, because as I know from experience, I will be depleted of alot of energy.
