Each day i’m feeling better and better and more energised. I’m getting used to not eating. It’s quite easy now to stick to my fast. I’m drinking not less than 8 cups of pure juice and 4 coups of water a day. I must say the amount of juice depends on my activity level...when it’s busier day I’m drinking about 12 cups of juice...actually the best idea is to listen to your body and heart...

Hi loves! it’s day 9 of my fast. my weight is 132 lbs. I’m feeling ok...yeah but nothing more. My energy level is not so great today but I guess every day just cant be perfect...after good days there come bad days as well. But I’m totally fine with that!
During the weekend (and maybe on monday and tuesday as well) I’m only consuming water..maybe some tea. but no juices for me haha. Why? I just wanted to try something new and I have never tried a water fast before.

- day 6 of my fast
day 6 of my fast. Feeling good. Have lost about 5.5 pounds so far and it makes me 134.5 lbs.

Hi guys! didn’t have time to make a video today bt I’ll definately try to make one tomorrow.
Today was crazy...my mind was wondering all the time...I really wanted to quit my fast. I was mentally (not phisically) hungry. It seemed that I could eat a table or a chair haha... I guess I just really miss chewing...So I cheated. My mind went blank, I didn’t understand what I was doing - I ate an apple that was ment for my juice. But well..it’s just an apple...I’M NOT QUITTING MY FAST. Ofcourse I felt bad right after I had eaten it.

Today I’m feeling good, better than yesterday. Yesterday I had my first detox symptoms such as weakness, lightheadness, dizziness. I was also having headaches. I drank juice to make them go away.. and they did go away..but tadaaamm - after some time they were back.
Today I feel very energised so I feel like going for a run in the evening.

Today is the 2nd day of my fast. I’m doing ok. Feeling a little bit tired and dizzy - already got my first detox symptoms. Drinking a lot of juices and trying to get used to the taste of vegetable juice.
