My stomach has been torn up all morning... I did it to myself, I once again binged on food last night knowing that I was going to begin a urine fast today. I also took a lot of a natural laxative... on top of the food I consumed last night, I have been miserable for this morning.
I haven’t eaten anything, but the overwhelming urge came about 12:30 pm, right past lunch. I was feeling pretty sick to my stomach, and so I figured ’if there’s ever a good time to drink my own pee, it is now.’

the night before a urine fast begins...
I am pretty much jumping into this head first, without fully researching it, but my mom filled me in on the most important details...
I have struggled with bulimia for over 10 years now, an obvious food addiction, and fluctuating weight. I am just tired of it and am ready to take drastic measures to try and end this struggle once and for all... and during the holiday season I need to do something extremely drastic. So tomorrow I start a urine fast!
I will post my experiences and how it goes...
