- Middle of Day Two.....27 mon
- My thoughts about my second day of fasting!
So here we are about ten hours away from the end of day two! I am so excited! I am not really hungry any more the hunger pangs are going away and that is great! I cant wait to start stage two of fasting! My ultimate goal is to make it all the way to five! I have only ever made it to stage two and then not even through it all the way! I feel much better, my cold is finally breaking up and that makes me feel so good! I haven’t really done much today and its already almost 1:30. - This is day one of my fast its just personal thoughts and whats going on with me! I hope people choose to read it and even comment on it it would be very encouraging to me!
I have finished my first day of water fasting! I am so proud of myself! My stomach growls for food, but yet I still continue to give it none! I am feeling good! I have been sick with a cold for a while now! I had been really congested! My nose feels like it is letting go! It is uncomfortable for it to be running but I know that it means that the cold is running its course and soon it will be better! But I dont know if that had anything to do with the day of fasting!

Hello everyone! For blog sake we will call me Dee, I am 20 years old! 5 4 and 206 pounds! I am married to the most wonderful man who supports me in everything I do, but this is not what i am here for!
I am embarking on a journey, one I have never been on before! I plan to fast for 40 days, at least to start!
