Iknow i know. i failed. not much. by about 300 calories. but for me thats not good enough. im not going to binge or anything. BUT i am going to try again tomorow.
POO. but failures are more than succesess. which make the successess for exciting. am i right? yes. yes i am.

I dont know if i am going to do more than a month fasting. So i am going to start with 31 days. I completed the first 5 days so i know i can get through the rough stuff. Now i just hope i can stick it out ;)
After my last fast my new weigh in is at exactly 200pounds.
And after this first fast my goal is to be at 160pounds.
and we will go on from there :) i take my weigh ins as soon as a wake up so the first one will be on day two since todays was at 200.
I am drinking Coke Zero, and Water. Once i get into deeper cleansing i will stop with the coke zero to get a fuller cleanse. ... read more

- Finished day 5, now for the big leauge shit
OH YEA! i wanted to see if i could finish 5 semi-water fasting days before i joined the big leauges. I made it, i slipped up here and there, but i made it 5 days. i think im ready for this big shit now!. woo. im going to try to do it all of march. 31 days. Just for a start, if im doing great i may do an extended fast but for now 31 days is the goal.
Like how i planned it out? 5 days before the new month :)

Its 4pm and i havnt eaten today, the pains are gone!!!! its so great!. i have to tell you the truth though, dont judge, but i did eat a little last night, about 500 calories. but i threw it all up. I was so scared that i would gain when i weighed myself this morning. I DIDINT! woo i lost another 1.7pounds. Which kept me going, because i know that if i had gained i wouldve given up. :)
Ill give you a little tip that has helped me. coke and sprite zero. I know i know, they have like o.6 calories per full glass. but it gives me a little taste and i like that i dont feel like i am missing o ... read more

Ok so i HAD to make this, after what happened today on day 3. But ill get into that later.
Day 1 : Was very hard, for me its the hardest day, you have to convince yourself that no. you cant start tomorow. But i got through it with some hunger pains. That part sucked.
Day 2 : Even harder. i had intense hunger pains, it just hurt. like a switch, on and off. I had some alchol on this day so i am hopeing it didnt change anything because its still liquid right? I had coating on my tougne and my breath smelt bad!
