Sooo, I felt emotional those last days.
But I made decisions in my life that are for the best!
I love fasting but I’m going to let it to the side for now ;-)

Ok, sorry to be so inconsistent but I’ve changed my mind once again ^^
I decided I wasn’t going on any fast now. It’s been a while since I wanted to finish my cans of vegetables in my fridge & I think now’s the time. I’m going away in 27 days & I still have 3 exams before that.
I will not embark on antything but eating small portions of vegetables & try to be as active as I can be.
This whole mess up thing made something clear to me. I now KNOW what I want. What I’m working for. & I’m not sure I was really clear in my head before the MC.

Yeah, nothing new in my head. I really should be studying & stop thinking about next year, but I can’t help myself. I’d like the freeze time.
Sooooo about this fast. I really wasn’t hunrgy at all. Drank tea today. It’s really not comfortable to be so lost.
I shall get back to meditation soon.
Tonight I will eat fruits or a broth & see if my mind’s less fogged up ;-) I also am suddenly discusted with myself but then again I’m not... It’s been going on like this since several days. Do not like it.

Sooo it’s a bit early to post but if anyone reads this and did not understand why I’m on some other plan than the MC, well they could read here that I change from MC to WF from now on.
Don’t know how long, I’m curios about the outcome.
Also note that I did not eat on the MC, I felt super fine & am ready to go on this WF journey.

I do have to admit this afternoon I had a bit of a grumbling belly. :-) My motivation is now a bit blurry.
I’m questionning myself.
I am not doing the cleanse for weight loss because it scares me a bit, but my mind is already clearer & that was all the purpose of the cleanse. I though it would take longer to achieve. I guess I was a good ’candidate’ (I did a fast 2 weeks prior this one).
Again, since my last cleanse, I feel like I never ate at all in my life... It’s so weird. Like I have never tasted food. I don’t miss it at all.

So long so good. Don’t have any temptation by now.
I know how I work so I if i’m busy for a few days thinking about a big task to finish or maybe go out & think about ANYTHING other than food than I know I will pass through the first days easy. I surely don"t think I could do it so easily if I had children or would be on vacation ...

Hello everyone! It’s day 3!!! I weigh myself this one time to be able to compare the difference at the end of this journey & I’m 66kg.
I started to day fresh & had lot’s of energy. I need it ^^ I find myself really wanting to go do soprts of all kind or just running I love running.
But I’ll have to take it easy (did not do the yoga after all yesterday) & I’ll see how today goes.

Soo day two again ^^ Some temptation tonight but eventually it went away.
I’m also putting some priorities I’v lost track of, this afternoon. I managed to do everything I wanted I’m sooo happy!
I’m up for a big challenge for next year. I will run a 20K in my town! Yeah I wanted to do so since 3 years! I’m gonna work for it day after day!
I’m so dedicated! I found myself, well I’m in the early stages but I’m super pumped!!! Did well on the cleanse, I enjoy it alot.

So I’v made it through day one ;-) Proud! I find myself not hungry this morning, I slept well, even when I had bad news yesterday I used a yoga technique to make myself sleep early. Woke up naturally ;-)
Didn’t weigh of course I think I’m not gonna do it soon. I’ll see how my clothes will fit more loose, plus I don’t want to have the cleanse on my mind right now so I’ll take all the benefits of it without thinking "oh I must be in this or that stage right now, why don’t I feel so?" etc.

Ok, so I’ve been whecking the www alot, actually more than I should have! So the afternoon was good. Went by slowly.
I noticed I do get super tempted when I’m around food, so I’ll try to avoid the kitchen in the next few days. I used a colon cleanse & it worked out alright. I went twice :-) & I’m continuing it until I’m ’empty’. I noticed also that dry fasting in the afternoon or actually just dry fasting makes the hunger inexistent.
I think it’s because you’re more concerned in a way because you do not drink and you’d rather drink than eat if it were to be y ... read more

Yessss! I finally decided to start the MC. Actually did a few & feel sooo comfortable on this cleanse.
I need to remind myself that I only have 30 days before I leave so I need to put my act together & be strong!
Also at the end of this journey I’ll post on before&after.tumblr.com so I’ll let others judge my change ;-)
’Cause I fond it hard to see the changes on myself, even when I lost 10kg! The numbers only make the loss evident but not to my eyes, so I need to step back from this. I find it only aggravates my case & makes me nervous.
