Summer best time to fast

Summer couldn’t be a better time time fast. It gets so hot and humid where I live that I look forward to my body temperature dropping with fasting, and just eating watermelon and raw fruits and vegetables. And I want to lose a lot of weight before I start college, so I can have a fresh start. It will also be hard to do long fasts when I’m busy with school. Plan to fast on and off and just eat watermelon and some raw fruits and vegetables in between. Today is the start of Day 1. visit the page
