hey hey hey!
the 7th day has been the hardest one so far. I wasn’t thirsty at all, I felt like I have no room in my stomach for juice. I was feeling very bad and depressed, all my body was in physical pain, especially my back and bones. that was some rally creepy experience. also my head was spinning when I stood up.
I pushed my self to drink about 1 liter of cantaloupe-orange-peach juice, however, it didn’t help. so I gave in. I ate quite a lot of strawberries today, they helped and I feel better now, except that I’m really tired.

Hello my friends!
Today is day 6 of my juice fast. I can’t believe I have gone so far. In previous fasts usually the breakdown for me used to be day 5. yaaay and I made it through! feeling good, except that I had insomnia last night and I couldn’t fall asleep until about 3 a.m., yet I had to wake up at 8 today... therefore I’m a little bit tired. But anyway everything seems fine and looks that I’m gonna make it through day 6.
during the last 2 days I have catched my self thinking about food too often...but never mind, I’m not giving in :)

Hello everybody! currently I’m in the middle of 5th day of my fast.today my weight was 140.2 lbs (on day 4 it was 141.7)
still sneezing from time to time, feeling a little bit light headed but overall everything is OK and I feel good.
tried some new exciting juice mixes:
pear-strawberry
pear - strawberry - beet - spring onion - lettuce - dill (weird combination, but tastes good)
as I am not used to the taste of green juice I have to mix it with fruit juice to get a better flavor. And as far I find strawberries as the best ones to improve the taste of green juice.

- day 3 of my juice fast
Hello folks! day 3 has almost came to an end. Still staying strong.
Today I had about 3 liters of juice and 2 liters of water, though, I had to force myself to drink this much of liquid.
For unknown reasons mood went down, but of course it doesn’t mean that I’m giving up. I have also been experiencing headaches and sneezing. But I guess it’s just a part of the detox. So no worries.
nothing else to report.

Hello everyone :) so this is the end of day 2. I feel really good today, full of energy and positive emotions. The clarity of my mind is fantastic, it helps a lot to work on my research paper for university.
But something is really, really weird. We have a lot of food in the house that I usually like - candies, potato chips,meat, pasta etc. It is all in front of my nose, however, I’m not even looking at it. I’m not craving it, therefore, I’m surprised how easy this fast seems...Usually fasting seemed a struggle to me, but I guess not this time.

Hello dear readers!
today was the first day of my 14 day juice fast. This is my first 2 week juice fast, however, I have been doing juice fasts in the past... usually for 4-5 days. Therefore this juice fast is completely different, it takes a lot more courage and commitment. But I am definitely ready for it!
The most important thing is that whatever you would like to achieve, the first step is self confidence. Luckily I have it. I simply know that I can do it.
