Just an additional comment about my root canal removal

I asked to keep the tooth. I wanted him to hand it to me but he said that I should sterilize it when I got home. I found this to be odd. It’s ok for the tooth to be in my mouth but not for me to touch it. Maybe he thought the bacteria was unsafe. Either way, a little interesting addition to the story. visit the page

I had my root canal extracted because of the many symptoms I was experiencing such ast arthritis and ringing in my ears.

I previously posted some info at http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1846422. Since then, I’ve seen a general physician who did blood work and told me I have low thyroid function. I was at the dentist later that day. The dentist was actually fairly nice to me about my thoughts on root canal. He said he would remove it but that I shouldn’t get it removed. We both decided that it is possible that the previous crown that I had on the root canal was leaking. Then when he put a new crown on that sealed it and the bacteria could not escape.
