Okay so I admit I failed miserably at my attempt to get this fast under way due to my monthly visitor arriving. But I’m refocused now, and have decided to (re)start the fast on or before March 1st. As before I plan to consume 3-4 pints of water daily with 1 tbls of freshly squeezed lemon juice added to each pint, and 1 cup of tea or freshly brewed black coffee. Again I’m just taking this one day at a time, and not setting a specific number of days.
