- WOW, I am shocked. I have had this rash for the last 3 weeks and its finally gone. almost overnight.

So here are the stats
My starting weight is: 264.5
Goal Weight: 184.5
Total weight to lose: 79lbs
Today weight: 259
So far I have lost: 5.5lbs
Hunger has gone away and my tongue is white and hairy so must now be in Ketous.

- I am really excited that I am still here come day 2. I thought that I was surly going to give up when my husband came home from work and I started cooking.

But I didn’t and he is really supportive; he even suggested to eat out for the rest of the week if I needed him to.
Ahhhhh I have a great one.

Weight left to lose: 76LBS

- 2 Years ago I did a series of water fasting that helped me to lose 50lbs. I was so excited and loved being slim and sexy.
I then went through a period of stress and ate my way through it resulting in me gaining aprox 80lbs!

Anyway so today is my first day, my goal is to water fast for 5 days but to be honest I would love to do so for 21days.

Goal Weight: 184.5
