Day 2 of water fast

Weight : 143,8 lbs pulse : 67 bpm Day 2 on his way... I’m happy for the weight loss!! I still have hunger pains but today it’s fine. I had a sunbath , now i’m going to read and then rest a little even if I’m not really tired. visit the page

Day 1

Weight : 146,4 lb Pulse : 63 bpm Day1 I’m starting a water fast today. I don’t know exactly for how long. For now it will be for 4 days and then I’ll see if I continue for a week and then for 14 days, etc ... Day 1 was a hard, I felt hunger pains, and it was hard to not give into temptation. But as far, I managed because I really want to succeed. I also ran a little because I know after I won’t have energy for! visit the page
